Inspired by women issues in India, especially rape, this project is a product of digital media and hand embroidery. The embroidery consists of a map with French knots equal to the amount of rapes reported daily in the specific region while the digital manipulation is a collage of my personal thoughts and newspaper headlines. It mocks the Indian media.
