Silenced bodies is a fibers project that recreates uniforms of three significant women freedom fighters into sculpural dress forms according to their unique dressing sense. This projects serves to honor many such female freedom fighters of Indian history who lost their voices amidst the struggle and also propose the significance of uniforms in a way that it almost allows the viewer to re-think the meaning of uniforms in the first place.
